Whoever said that music unites people and brings them together certainly has proven it true, time and time again.
There was Band Aid in the 80's, Lilith Fair in the 90's and once again now during this current pandemic crisis, it is music that will uplift one's spirit and propel a lot of people to be strong and to face the challenges brought about by Covid-19 head on.
One such artist currently doing that is Armando Christian Perez, or better known as Pitbull.
The rapper has just released a new song entitled, "I Believe That We Will Win" which is an anthem about the current health crisis affecting the world.
The song has lyrics that go like "You know what spreads faster than a virus? It's Fear. And when it comes to fear, you can either forget everything and run, or you can face everything and rise."
He also stresses in the song that it's not how you fall, but how you get back up.
Pitbull said on his Instagram page that the proceeds of the song will go to charities that provide Covid-19 relief.
