FRIENDS Reunion delayed
The reunion that was, should be and perhaps not yet...
There was supposed to be a reunion special for the cast of FRIENDS, but alas, like all other shows, it is the latest TV show to be affected by the coronavirus crisis. The HBO Max reunion special was slated to be filmed next week on March 23 and 24 at the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, California.
But because of the current crisis plaguing everyone, the production is said to be delayed up until May.
The reunion special is set to see the cast of Friends – Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer – come together to discuss the classic sitcom and celebrate its 25th anniversary.
According to Courtney Cox who spoke extensively about the reunion special, "We're going to have the best time. It's going to be great. But we really haven't all done that and actually sat there and talked about and reminisced about this incredible experience that we had. It's gonna be fantastic." For fans of the show, this will be a reunion worth waiting for indeed. It should also be worth it for members of the cast as they are reportedly getting $3-$4 Million each to appear in it!!!
